Free Online Skills Program

This Fall we are launching our first Individual Online Skills Program. This program is to assist our players who want  to work on their game despite our current limitations with team and club activities. It is a 6-Week Program that includes 3 Main Skills each week. The document  will include a brief description of each drill along with a link to a YouTube video of some of our own EYBC players demonstrating the specific drills. For more info
