JR LEAGUE TIP OFF NIGHT

All Parents and Coaches please plan to attend our Jr League Tip Off night on October 18th from 7:00-8:30 pm.

We will being doing a virtual Meeting via Zoom to accommodate all families at one time.

Fall League - Boys teams and Girls teams
1st/2nd - 3v3, 7 Players Per Roster, Girls 8', Boys 8.5' Hoops
3rd/4th - 4v4, 9 Players Per Roster, Girls 9', Boys 9.5' Hoops

Disclaimers: 
-$20 Uniform fee with $5 S&H when the parent orders the uniform after team formation in October.
-All participants will order their own jersey once teams are formed.
-Any cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee and refunded the remainder of their registration fees.
-If EYBC is forced to cancel the season due to COVID or Health & Safety protocols you will be refunded 90% (we still incur some costs even if there are cancellations)
-EYBC reserves the right to deny participation to any player or family who does not adhere to our core values and expectations. 
-EYBC is not a recreational league. If your player is not invested and genuinely motivated to play, this will not be the best fit for them. 
-Teams will be formed based on elementary school of attendance whenever possible. Last in registrants may end up playing with players from a different boundary school. Because EYBC uses this model to try and help build school pride and cohesiveness amongst the players, teams will not always be "even" in skill level and experience. 
-Please note, practices will be during the school week, which may include Friday evenings. Players are expected to be at all practices barring illness or a family emergency. Each team will practice twice per week for 1 hour each practice. Regular season games will be held on Saturday.
Each team will play two games each Saturday. The end of season tournament will be Saturday and Sunday
Your team is counting on you to be your best, which means attending all practices and games. Please do not sign up if you cannot commit to attending all practices and games.

Tryout Info

The Advanced Teams are Tryout based.

It is free to tryout but you must register your child for the tryout.

The Registration is 2 part, the first part is for the tryout and is Free, it will not ask you to make a payment. If/when your child gets invited to join a team, you will be asked to go back in and complete your registration, at which time you will need to complete payment to accept the position on the team.

Girls - Monday, November 1st
5:30 - 7:15 - 4th-6th Grade 
7:15 - 9:00 - 7th-8th Grade 
At Hugh Hartman Elementary School 
Registration and participating in tryouts is free. Players will be required to pay after rosters are determined. 

Boys - Tuesday, November 2nd 
5:30 - 7:15 - 4th-6th Grade 
7:15 - 9:00 - 7th-8th Grade

Pay to Play Fees - Due to the rising costs of insurance, tournaments, building use fees and COBO league fees, the cost per player is much higher this year. 
Final fees will be determined based on the team's season schedule and the number of players on the roster. Fees will be between $300-$400 per player. Players will also need to purchase a uniform, which is $25 per player. 

Game Season Runs: 12/2021 - 3/2022 - Depending on team performance and end of season tournaments the season may end earlier in March.

These are tryout skill based teams.
This registration process is to register for the Try Out.
Payment will not be taken until invited to a team after try outs.
