WEEK 5 SKILLS
Goal is to complete 1 level of each skill at least 3 days a week! Should come out to be a minimum of about a 30 Minute work-out per day.

Ball Handling
Shuttle Drill Series (10 min per day)
3 Levels:
Beginner: 4 cones (10ft apart). 1 Ball - Start at Cone 1, dribble at each cone and go back to Cone 1! Use a normal crossover to change direction!

Intermediate: Repeat Beginner steps. Add behind back to change direction.

Advanced: Repeat Intermediate steps. Add “triple” behind the back as a challenge also.

Shooting
50 Shot Test (10 Min per day)
3 Levels:
Beginner: 5 spots (7-8ft from rim), Spin-pass to self before each shot. Shoot 10 at each spot. Goal; 25 Makes. 2-corners, 2-wings, Top of Key.
Intermediate: 5 spots (10-15ft from rim), Spin-pass to self before each shot. Shoot 10 at each spot. Goal; 30 Makes.
Advanced: 5 spots (15-20ft from rim), Spin-pass to self before each shot. Shoot 10 at each spot. Goal; 40 Makes.

1 on 1 Scoring
Stepback Series (10 Min per day)
3 Levels:
Beginner: 3 spots (2 wings and top of key), Dribble into Hesitate n’go, 2 dribbles, low-cross stepback into jump shot.

Intermediate: 3 spots(2 wings and top of key), Dribble into Hesitate n’go, 2 dribbles, stepback with “normal” and “behind the back” into jump shot. Go left and right.
Advanced: 3 spots (2 wings and top of key), Dribble into Hesitate n’go, 2 dribbles, stepback with “normal” and “behind the back” and “between legs” into jump shot. Go left and right.

Skill Competition Drill
2 Min Lay Ups!
Start from the Free-Throw Line (15ft from rim). Dribble to Right-hand Lay up, go back to Free-throw line, then dribble to left hand layup. Repeat for 2 Min. 5-8th Grade = Normal Height. 4th-Under = May Lower Hoop to 8ft as needed. Please Use exact measurements if possible!
